What is Hercu.Legal
About Us
Who we are
Hercu.Legal is an online web system with accompanying app to facilitate the posting and accepting of per diem jobs within your specific industry. Define a per diem job posting, and add it to the Hercu.Legal Marketplace for your fellow industry professionals to see and accept.
Getting Started
To get started, simply create a free account by following the Create Account link on the login page. Once your account is created, go to your account details page to complete your profile such as company details, region of interest and your payment details for making and receiving payments. That's it, you can now post and accept jobs via the Hercu.Legal Marketplace.
Sign Up
Creating an account on Hercu Legal is free and simple to do. On the login page, simply click the link to Sign Up if you do not already have an account.
This will bring you to the account creation page where you are asked for your name, email and a password to login.
After creating the account, an email is sent to verify the email address and you can log into the system using the email and password used.
Once you are logged in, complete your profile in Account Details so you can begin posting and accepting jobs.
Marketplace
View Marketplace
The marketplace contains a listing of all jobs posted in your region that have not yet been accepted by anyone. Here you apply for the job.
Post Job
To post a new job into the Marketplace, simply fill in the new job form and click Save. Your job is now available for all.
Accept Job
Jobs posted in the Marketplace have an Apply button. Clicking apply will assign the job to you or notify the poster for approval.
Connections
Your connections are your personal network on Hercu.Legal. Invite a new connection by using the invitation module. Jobs will automatically establish a connection.
Connections
Creating a favorites list from within your connections is a convenient way to utilize a smaller list of preferred connections when posting job invitations etc.
Favorites
All jobs you post in the Marketplace can also be sent to your existing connections or to anyone scheduled at the same location via a job invitation.
Job Invites
Getting started simply means creating an account, completing your profile and posting or accepting a job.
